IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

• All orders shipped within BC will be charged 7% Provincial Sales Tax. Residents of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland will be charged 13% HST. All other orders within Canada will be charged 5% GST.
   
• All orders require approximately 1 to 2 business days processing time before shipping. NCIX.com does not process orders during weekends and we do not guarantee same day shipping.
   
• Most Ground/Parcel Shipping options will take approximately 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination, plus processing time.
   
• Most Express, Expedited or Air Shipping options will take approximately 1 to 4 business days, depending on the destination, plus processing time.
   
• Please contact your carrier of choice for accurate transit times for your orders.
   
• No deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.
   
• Deliveries to Post Office (P.O.) boxes MUST be made by Canada Post.
   
• Orders placed separately will be shipped as seperate shipments. We cannot combine multiple orders for shipping after an order has been placed.
