This is the first order I have ever placed through NCIX and from this experience it surely will not be the last. The order was processed quickly and shipping from BC to Ontario took one day. I was totally impressed. I spoke to a customer support rep on the phone about shipping and they were very helpful and courteous. I would love to give a customer review on the video card but Santa has it wrapped already and closely guarded under the tree. Once I have it installed I will give a complete hands on review. But at first glance even the box (ASUS 3850) was impressive. Great retail packaging... it looked like a motherboard from the size of the box. Thanks again for the great service! J.O.

Just like to thank all of you at NCIX for the great, quality service I had received purchasing the parts I required to build my home PC from the ground up. Each part was delivered in a timely fashion, within 2 weeks of ordering. This may seem long for some, but considering I live in the Northwest Territories, I thought delivery time was great. The boxes came in great shape and care was taken in packaging all the seperate items in the boxes. Again, thank you for the service and great prices. It was the very first time I ordered a PC component online, I was a bit sketchy at first, but I figured, how will I know until i give it a shot ? Im happy to say that Im more than happy with the service, the prompt service as well for processing my order and shipping.
